Exhibition

Louise TAte 3.jpg

Louise's solo exhibition ‘Getting Warmer’ portrays the scenery after a summer full of smoke that saw the skies turn pink, orange, red and black, the landscapes that were devoid of human life.

Louise a talented young artist, has exhibited locally and internationally in solo and group exhibitions. Recent achievements include: semi-finalist in the Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship (2019) and the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize (2019), finalist in the 'churchie' national emerging art prize (2019), finalist in the Hopper Prize (2020), and an artist residency at the NARS Foundation in New York (2019)..

The tones and detail of each timber profile length has been hand picked by Framer and Louise to compliment each individual work, Oil's on Linen. Always fitted with accuracy, craftmanship and much care and love.
